Disorder (ADHD) - Adolescent Acting Out - Depression - Divorce and Co-parenting - Loss and Grief - Gang and
Community Violence - Substance Abuse - Family Violence - Sexual Abuse
Affinity may receive referrals from:

Lawyers - State and Local Mental Health and Advocacy Representatives
Affinity offers:
- Individual,
family and group therapy - Consultations and case coordination for special populations - Psychosocial assessments -
Staff and community training and development - In-home therapy for families referred through county contracted programs
(Turning Point Program has been funded by Middlesex County State Partnership Funds since 2002) -Specialized re-entry treatment
model for families with youth returning to the community from juvenile justice facilities (FOR TROY, Families Overcoming
Recidivism: Transforming and Restoring Our Youth funded through the NJ Juvenile Justice Commission and supported by Family
